After presenting and working on their initial campaign ideas in the second Workshop of the Narrative Change Lab, as well as coordinating with colleagues in their organizations, the campaigning team around Deutsch Plus and Wir Machen Das came into ICPA’s office for a second feedback clinic on Monday, April 23, 2018.

The goal of the second round of Feedback Clinics is to finalise the strategy and get ready to focus on the practical aspects of the campaign. Having identified the positive value space that the campaigners want to message in, as well as having selected the Bavarian election in fall 2018 as the event to target, it was now time to get to talk strategy and practical elements like messages, slogans and messengers.
The process of developing the campaign was only started, in the upcoming weeks the campaigners will draft a first set of material until the next session with the ICPA team in May.
